Americans with Disabilities Act Services
The Americans with Disabilities Act seeks to legally codify 50 years of rehabilitation counseling and industrial engineering policy. The simple definition of "reasonable accommodation" is - what the disabled person requests, what the employer offers, or what the court orders. The court-ordered solutions are usually the most expensive. We provide many services to attorneys and businesses. We bring common sense to the table and try to resolve problems amicably, out of court. Our opinion is that creativity cannot be legislated or litigated.
